Okay you guys made me look for this. I saw it once many many years ago and was never able to find it again, but after looking just now it turns out somebody reposted it last year. It's a "training video" from the 90's that was used by, or at least offered, to, police to teach them about Satanism.
I freaking LOVE stuff like this. I mean - it's a slog if you're not that interested, and it has most of the tropes that you've already heard; but then every once in a while out of nowhere it just drops absolute gems like "Satanists often eat the brain to receive the powers of the dead person" that make you really glad you watched it, particularly since it's all narrated completely straight by a man who sounds like he could be describing the features of a vacuum cleaner.
Highlights include:
- a host who is visibly upset that Satan-worship is constitutionally protected if no crimes are committed
- a "former Satanic high priest" who takes us on a tour of an unnamed park he explains is frequented by both occultists and the homosexual community ("they go hand-in-hand"), where he finds totally-not-staged pagan, voodoo, and satanic symbols neatly spray painted everywhere along with a lidocaine vial which he says is used to numb sacrifice victims so they don't scream in pain
- a list of like 20 important and invariably rapey Satanic holidays. For instance, July 1st is apparently "Demon Revels" night, and Generic 90's Infomercial Voiceover Man deadpans to us that "Sex with Demons, humans and animals, primarily large dogs, takes place with devotees of any age, or any sex". Yup, sexing with demons is just right in there on the list, in this serious video intended to be watched seriously by police
