There needs to be real consequences for corporations filing false copyright claims. I've heard stories of many small time content creators getting harassed into oblivion with these and they often lack resources to fight it, even when the claims are clearly junk.

In particular, I've hard a lot about music companies doing this with classical pieces they clearly don't own. ...just because they maybe financed a particular performance of said classical piece.
