I've been watching the sentai series for most of my life, and loved most of them. Then along came Magiranger and their mutha fawkin brooms! It was love at first sight.

But what was better than actual magic being used? GAWDDAMN SPACE PIRATES!! Gokaiger is still my favorite to this day, helped by guest appearances of previous series including Denjiman! It was a loving tribute to the sentai history.

The name refers to Ottoman emperor Fatih Sultan Mehmed (Mehmed the Conqueror), and means "Conqueror" in Turkish, originally from Arabic. The ride tells the story of how Fatih conquered the city of Istanbul, where the park is located.
