Count Binface's humor is 100% alien generated. I don't think the use of A.I. improves any on his comedy.

Ah, but the target of the skit is Farage, who is 100% sleazebag.

I'm fine with humour that responds to sleaze with slop.

It's kinda on the same level.

Standards watchdog resumes investigation into Nigel Farage over financial gifts

Futile Clacton byelection has done Farage no favours

And while the people of Clacton did back Farage again, this was no overwhelming victory. The Reform UK leader won 22,239 votes, 63.34% of the vote on a 44.37% turnout. Convincing, yes, but significantly short of the 72% won by David Davis in 2008 when he resigned his seat and stood again as a protest over the issue of civil liberties.

With no other mainstream options, the parody candidate Count Binface, Farage’s nearest competitor, attracted 9,455 votes, 26.93% of the total. In his “victory speech” posted on X, he noted that this was a 10,000% increase on the 95 votes he managed against Andy Burnham in the Makerfield byelection. “A new dawn has broken, has it not?” he wrote, echoing Tony Blair’s 1997 victory speech. “Literally, because it’s past 6.30 in the morning here in Clacton-on-Sea.”
In the end, Farage was not there for the count. Overnight, Reform UK said police had told him not to attend because of a “credible threat” against him, although Essex police contradicted this claim.

Just noticed that's Ian Dunt's substack and I wanted to strongly recommend the podcast he does with Dorian Lynskey called "Origin Story" they are very engaging and take deep dives into all kinds of politically aligned subjects like: The EU, US Evangelicals and their political impact, what GDP is, the partition of India, a great episode called "Stephen Miller, American Fascist"

You get the idea, very much worth a listen

Reform’s Tice says people should stop fighting climate crisis and ‘enjoy’ heat

Reform’s deputy leader has dismissed efforts to tackle climate breakdown as futile, as he urged British people to “enjoy” the warmth of the recent heatwaves.

Richard Tice told a press conference on Monday he believed it was “arrogant” to try to stop the climate emergency and added that politicians should focus instead on adaptation efforts, while encouraging people to focus on upsides such as better English wine.
Asked for his response to the extreme heat events, Tice told a press conference: “Of course, the climate changes, but where is the evidence that net zero is going to stop it? Where is the evidence? There is no evidence.

“Climate change has always happened. It always will. Maybe the smarter thing to do is to adapt to it than think arrogantly that you can stop it.”

Comparing this summer’s heat with that of 1976, which went on for longer but was less intense, Tice added: “That was 50 years ago … I think when it’s a bit warm, let’s enjoy it. And if it means that English wine and sparkling wine gets better and better, fantastic. That means we can take on the French – fantastic. Let’s celebrate some of these things rather than just be sort of doom and gloom about it.”
