I am looking for a home that more open-air but is still a home. By that I mean still a home, but something that doesn't have all roofs and walls. Maybe just a home with a lot more outdoor type areas. There could still be rooms inside and I do want that, I just want the option of having the ability to put stuff outside and that would be more of the focal point of the home. For an example, something like a deck, it is still connected to the home but outside. I would like it to still be part of the whole home itself, but just outdoors. I like homes like Trompe Loeil, any type IE: modern or rustic would do really, if I had a preference it may be modern. I do not want to go crazy with price either, given the size of my land below (plus prim availability). A requirement, also, is no stairs or elevator. Must be one floor or split level with no stairs or elevator.
My land has 914 prims available and is 2304 m^2.
I am thinking more of a single floor villa.
Second your enthusiasm re Trompe homes, I prolly have dozens of them & have adapted them to suit and fit my parcel, including a latest offering found at Uber: the Bailey A-Frame Cottage can be seen at
Sylvan surprisingly easy to mess with considering recent mesh developments!
Pls feel free to wander around it inside & out.
Nicolina model is another of my favorites from them. I didn't try to do much modding with it as Ioved it at first sight & found it combined nicely with another of their builds, the Eloa Rainforest Pool, which I kinda merged onto one open end.
Their Yara Treehouse is another one I've put out numerous times.

Recent purchases I love but have yet to experiment with include Killer's Tiny Tree House, MINIMAL Mykonos and Tia Madison - Woodlands Cottage. I also enjoy many Culprit & Scarlet Creative builds, so those are some other places to look.
The Zaara Jodhpur house (Rare gatcha - from marketplace) is becoming more affordable and well worth a look.
My ideal home is a smallish mostly one story (balcony inside & outside) adobe house with latillas & vigas, a cozy fireplace, window seats, high ceilings and great night settings to remind me of my New Mexico home of many years ago constructed by an amazing grandmother tired of waiting for her husband to "just build the goddam extension".
I recently suffered huge buyers remorse after a very expensive marketplace (rare gatcha) home purchase. When rezzed, it had almost no difference inside when I set time to 'midnight" - a great disappointment - as I love my firelight & candles at the end of a busy day.
Good luck & happy hunting!
