The songs in KPDH are integrated into the action in a way that compliments and heightens the action instead of replacing it. All of the key songs are perfect for the characters at that point in the story. And they are bangers.

I think the reason the movie has broken through so many demographics is the sheer excellence in all aspects of the production on all fronts. There's something in it for everyone.

I know nothing about animation frame rates and styles, but animators wax poetic about the way KDH is animated. Rappers, metalheads, classical musicians are all obsessing over the music. Vocal coaches drop their jaws at Rumi/Ejae's vocal range (2.5 octaves) and the beauty of her voice. And people with emotional trauma of all kinds are literally breaking down in tears over "Why can't you love ALL of me?" and the progression into emotional healing. In all the times I've watched the movie, I always get teary during "This is what it sounds like".

And of course everyone loves Derpy the tiger and Sussie the magpie.

There's no Derpy or Sussie yet, except a Derpy mask in a special "Demon Rush" standalone experience. But you can use the skins and weapon pickaxes in various FortNite experiences, including Save the World. And yes, there are Lego versions of HUNTR/X for the Lego experiences. No Saja boys yet or music based emotes or jam tracks either. CC sadface.
