I wasn't quite sure where to put this, but chose here since it involves a television game show. For those of you who watch Jeopardy at least semi-routinely, you may have noticed the champion, James Holtzhauer, has had quite a run on the game show, winning 32 consecutive games amassing nearly 2.5 million dollars in winnings. That came to an end today during his 33rd game, missing the accumulated winnings record on Jeopardy by nearly $60,000. It was bound to happen sooner or later, but I thought he'd last a good bit longer than that.

The show’s most dominant player in years came just $58,484 short of the $2.52 million Ken Jennings won during his famous run.
