My daughter told me that she doesn't want to see this movie and that Frozen is "stupid" (in her words)

She's 10 and growing out of that type of movie.

The problem is...I haven't grown out of that phase and I want to see it.

Is it just me or are the characters slightly off model? Like they were simplified? I have no idea but from the snippets I saw from the first one, they seem off. And yes, I have not seen the first one, I am that person.

I have not compared the two, but being 8 months away from release, the final CGI work may not be finished yet.

That would explain it. Some of the models seemed off, as in if I did not have the hair colors and outfits to go by I would not have known who some of them were supposed to be.
