Hidden behind a waterfall, who knows what is going on here. The empty bottles and the subject on the computer screen are clues that this might be one of Magellan's hideouts.

If my memory serves me I believe Imnotgoing is or at least was involved in NCI, so she knew!

This is inside the volcano at Mahulu. I had visited the nearby visitor center and taken the balloon ride over to NCI, but it took me a long time to figure out how to get inside the volcano.
