I actually recognized Lucy's weapon as a Ruger Mini-14, the folding stock model. Which is NOT in the games. The AR74L in Fallout4 doesn't look like it.

As mentioned by viewers on Reddit and Twitter – and independently verified by GamesRadar+ – the 'recap' video on Prime Video's Fallout season 2 page includes an AI voiceover, as well as getting key details about the post-apocalyptic show wrong.

Among the Fallout faux pas is the incorrect assumption that Cooper Howard's flashback scenes are set in the 1950s (the retro-futuristic aesthetic may fool some, but it's actually set in 2077).

I guess I'm glad we've missed out on watching this.

No one dared to match The Ghoul with the Big Iron on his hip...Big Iron on his hip. Lucy has become a pretty good shot with that Mini-14, must have put some points into Small Arms. Also, The Ghoul earns the Fallout 3 Psychotic Prankster trophy. And Damn, the capitalist pigs are just as horrible as they are in the games. Including Robert House. I was expecting an enclave of ghoulified Chinese soldiers in 24, not Vaulties brainwashed into commies. Something about Hanks face is pure evil. Kyle MacLachlan is damn good at villains. Walton Goggins emoting as pre-war Coop really hits hard. Looks like Vault 33 will have to send one of their own to do the Fallout 1 main quest.
