That's not long enough to do anything, since the incubation period is about 14 days. Meanwhile Fulton County, population 1.05 million, including the City of Atlanta, issued a Shelter in Place order yesterday until further notice. Various cities within the county had already issued such orders, but not all of them.

I'm -from- W Germany originally, but I lived in Ga for most of my life [from '75 to '13] and now I'm in Florida. But my mom still lives up in Ga and I try and keep up. At least DeSantis is doing a full month - but then we've more cases; Most of our coast is city and beaches, so....

Investigators arrested a California train engineer Tuesday after he allegedly derailed a train in a bid to crash into the USNS Mercy, the hospital ship treating non-COVID-19 patients at the Port of Los Angeles to lessen the burden on area hospitals, prosecutors said.

Around 1 p.m. Tuesday, Moreno allegedly ran the train at full speed off the end of the tracks near the Navy medical boat, smashing through several concrete and chain barriers, before sliding through a parking lot nearly 250 yards from the Mercy, according to the criminal complaint.

A California Highway Patrol officer caught Moreno as he allegedly tried to escape from the scene, according to the complaint. Moreno allegedly told officers and FBI investigators that he deliberately derailed the boat because he was suspicious of the Mercy's intentions and thought it was actually part of a government takeover, the complaint said.

"Moreno stated that he acted alone and had not pre-planned the attempted attack," according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Central District of California. "While admitting to intentionally derailing and crashing the train, he said he knew it would bring media attention and 'people could see for themselves,' referring to the Mercy."

In an interview with FBI agents, Moreno stated that "he did it out of the desire to ‘wake people up,’" according to the complaint.

Not hot baths, per se. Seuhult is most interested in heat followed by cold. He has been vague so far on how this would be implemented, but does advise some amount of doctor supervision. I hope he goes into implementation more today, not just the science of it and history of medicine. Of course, implementation is the hard part, isn't it?

I try to summarize his videos since he is weak in that part of his presentations. He assumes people will watch his videos all the way through. They really should do that, but I think it is nice to have some summary.

It would fit with Finland having low numbers. The traditional way to end a sauna is to dive into snow or ice water. Doing it can be VERY dangerous though, especially with a health condition.

He works in a hardware store, and they are kept open. Our parents are there and he is constantly getting them to stay home. One of his kids is in the marines and being deployed to New York.

For example, my mom is in semi-rural Ga, and they haven't had mass in a while. I don't know if its because her Priest is certifiably OCD [like extreme] and a germophobe, or if its because the Pope of her acting ArchBishop has ordered empty churches. I figure its going to be specifically the MegaChurches that open back up. I mean, why keep your flock alive when you can fleece them -and- get mutton.

Exactly, the point of staging them is so that when the ventilator is needed it's at least in town. Rather than arriving a couple days from now.

BTW in case anybody doesn't know this, Elon Musk was 100% a coronavirus denialist and refused to shut down his Tesla factory after the statewide stay-at-home order, claiming Tesla is an essential business.

I don't know much about their methods, but I think they are just paying attention to how your breathe, not the words you are saying. So I don't think they care what language or dialect you speak in, or if you have a lisp or anything like that. It will probably be language agnostic if it works. I'm assuming they have you speak into the mic to get you to breathe differently.
