Clarification Reaction

Sometimes, I want to request clarification for a post, having nothing to contribute, only wanting to better understand. Is there a reaction that's generally understood to mean "please elaborate" that I don't know about or, if not, may we have a question mark or some such reaction labeled "clarify" or "elaborate" so we can request more information without having to add a post to the thread? Your time and consideration are well appreciated.

You could post a reply, quoting the post, asking "Could you please elaborate?"

I'm not sure a simple reaction would always get much of a response.

Keep in mind that only 3 of those will show up at the bottom of a post and only the most recent 3 so if you're one of the first to use the one that indicates "please clarify" and there are more than 2 people after you, yours won't be seen unless they go clicking. Most people don't bother to click to see who thought what.

Perhaps this would be better suited to a feature that displayed a count of button pushers wanting to know more about the topic. But that's beyond the scope of this thread. I'll continue to do my own research, ha ha ha just joshin' y'all, to do my own discovery and add to the post count for clarifications.

You -as in you Khamon- know the VV1 community and that this reaction would be snarked into uselessness in record time.

I'd suggest just asking outright, in the end it's the most efficient way.
