Once fearing the vast global conspiracy of a world government, they now simply become it.

Genius.

Interesting background from Haaretz: Analysis | A Short History of ‘F**k Him’: How Netanyahu Enraged U.S. Presidents, From Clinton to Trump

Also, an instructive analysis of the pro-Israel evangelicals' response, as compared with the time an anonymous official in the Obama administration described Netanyahu as "chickenshit" Pro-Israel Evangelicals Stay Silent on Trump's 'Fuck Bibi' Comment (tan suits, my dears, tan suits).

The Haaretz piece about TFG absolutely nails it.
And the one about evangelicals, well, their true feelings about Jews come as no surprise.
I always thought that Bibi was a fool for cozying up to them. Does he hit know that their End Times scenario involves all Jews going to hell if they don't convert? That includes his base of haredi, who either believe moschiach hasn't come yet, or that he has and he was Rebbe Menachem Schneerson.
Of course, like TFG, Bibi doesn't care about anything but himself.

Following some of Haartez' other links about evangelicals, I discovered some pretty wild (and vile) stuff from earlier in the year:

Evangelical ex-Trump Adviser Says Lapid-Bennett Bloc Seeks to 'Crucify' Netanyahu, Blames Jews for Holocaust

John Hagee Is a Muslim-hating, Antisemitic, Annexationist Extremist. He’s No Friend of Israel

What Fuels Evangelical Christians’ Love-hate Relationship With Jews

I thought the Corbynistas over here were bad enough, but....

I hope that he becomes in the eyes of the [conservative] public, what he truly is ... a joke. I think that some of his "followers" are tired of listening to him lament on how he really won the election and have moved on and may have also realized that he is a liar and a fraud. Maybe his running for office in 2024 will be a good thing because it will pull votes away from DeSatan, who I think could possibly win a presidential election. One can only hope.

The Amway Center seating capacity ranges from 20,000 (basketball) to 12,500 (180-degree concert) depending on the configuration. We don't know which arrangement was booked for the Turnip O'Really event. But 8,700, as quoted by the Sentinel, is not listed as an option on the venue's page. So the tickets sales to availability is either 27%, 43%, or if we trust the paper (yes I typed that with a straight face), 62%. Take your pick.

I can't now get into the website (it doesn't like my VPN) but I think 8,700 is the capacity of the auditorium after they'd closed off all the upper levels -- for which they'd apparently been advertising tickets up the night before). Even after upgrading all the tickets to the most expensive seats, that was still a lot of unfilled spaces.
