That document, though, was adopted as the official position of the Republican Party in the November elections.

If the party's position as expressed in that document isn't "Trump First," then what is it?

He, and other Republican legislators, activists and voters, may disagree with their party's (to my mind, shameful) manifesto, but the fact remains that it's their party's stated position.
