What if the parking space isn't a 24/7 one?I would take transit until it all the chicks had hatched and left on their own.
(I don’t have a car or drive but, nonetheless, I would sacrifice!)

No idea about the US, but German environment protection law would supersede the parking regulation... non the less I would contact the government agency responsible, because this does not look like a save space and they might have access to specialists who are able to transplant bird nests.What if the parking space isn't a 24/7 one?![]()
Well...birds are crazy.That spot is so vulnerable to predators (cats & rats)! It's a tragedy in the making.![]()
This reminds me of the efforts they made in Ottawa before the annual Bluesfest.
