Originally you just used the smallest head and built a prim head around it. Then they added alpha masking for avatars and there are gobs of freebie alpha masks for just the head.

I think the old Aventity fox would make a smashing maned wolf if you retextured it.

Looking at Marketplace there's gobs of maned wolf mods for various avatars.

Too many layers of reality and I had to redo booth of these attempts multiple times to get rid of artifacting.

I like these bilbies better, but it's got more artifacting and the first-loop wolf and dingo are badly distorted.

This one has a better trans-portal world but the bilbies are too rubber-suit.

Note that everyone this side of the portal is an actor, they were in an afterparty from a stage version of the story. The bilbies in the foreground are the actors playing the tribal bilbies coming out of the portal. It's like the actual Superman meeting Christopher Reeves.
