It's been a year or so since I tried having AI 'fix up' an avatar screenshot, the results were were at best 'disturbing'.

So what the heck. I had ChatGPT try again with the prompt: "This is my avatar/character in Second Life, I'd like try to create a more photo realistic version, attractive, natural, relaxed, preserving the clothing/tattoo/tail if possible, a slight smile with a knowing attitude, gazing towards the viewer, good but not perfect skin, try to avoid falling into the uncanny valley"

and huh, that definitely looks more like how I would imagine my avatar.
