Resistance to corporate bullshit shouldn’t start with putting the worker in a vulnerable position. Start at the service desk, “Are floor staff required to escort me to the item I’m seeking?” Move on up to writing a letter to head office/posting on r/antiwork.

Keep in mind that the modern customer survey is anything less than maximum score leads to disciplinary action. We have few ways to reward the exceptional without punishing the satisfactory.

Yeah but we had that heat dome last year... 112F for almost a week. They say that will become the norm soon. It felt like being back in the south.

Here in west Oregon our highs are still in the 50s. It's like old man Winter won't let go.

It was 90 here a couple of days ago. Supposed to be in the mid 60s much of this week, with highs this next weekend back in the 90s. Spring is here and she is off her meds!
