I never liked their slogan "Quality is our recipe." It demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of what a recipe is. How much quality do you add? Are there different kinds of quality in each item, or is everything the same basic materials in different shapes? What kind of heat is quality: grilled, deep fried, microwaved?

As a recipe it is unworkable. And how can the make food if they don't know what a recipe is and presumably just put "quality" as the training guide for everything?
