I eat at least one meal a day that is basically a DIY
soylent. Protein powder, oat flour, oat bran, water, nutrients, multivitamin. Fats eaten separately, from a spoon. None of it requires refrigeration. I have enough to last a couple months as my sole food source, if I needed to. Wouldn't be fancy eating but I wouldn't starve. And it's something I could prepare in my own room. Still orderable from Amazon. The quality of ingredients available locally on EBT may not be as good.
