It may seem obvious but stay in contact with older people, they are more cooped up than anyone else. I got an older relative using skype and her, my parents, and us are planning on using it for virtual movie nights.

And anywhere outside totalitarian regimes people try their best to get the "best deal" in the situation. Welcome to the 21st century Dr. Ryan, we have conspiracy theorists multiplying on 4chan and reddit now. The hackers had a mantra : "You cannot contain information" - it took us a long while to understand that that applies to all information - even wrong one. This is no local ebola outbreak, it is global now, the train to contain it left the station 2 weeks ago... now use your f*ing brain to come up with alternatives. Also consider shifting paradigms.
