Freedom of Speech is a government concept. Corporations (i.e. Linden Lab) have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, within certain legal frameworks protecting minorities, to varying degrees. If I, acting at the behest of Linden Lab, decide that you as a resident are causing undue duress to our fellow residents, I am within my, and Linden Lab's constitutional rights to evict you from the platform without recourse, unless otherwise stipulated in the Terms of Service or as a requirement of California, US, or your territory's laws.

Our home has enough issues as it is. Dramatics need not apply. In fact, they are explicitly not desired.

I think the site served as a nice harbor of many truths about people, about practices and about other things about SL that people really need to know about. Things that LL, refuse to both acknowledge and do anything about so it is left to the people to deal with it.

And I think what honestly stings a lot of people who hate Virtual Secrets (*removed*) is because - the truth does sting. That's what sits in the backs of the minds for those who've engaged in the comments trying to defend those that each article posted about.

And if there's anything we know and have learned about society is, is that nobody likes a discomforting truth. But people love getting cozy with comfortable lies or half-lies so people can go on endless pointless debates about their perceptions of what is truth and factual, which honestly is mind-numbingly boring.

So, people hate on Virtual Secrets because they don't want to be shown the truths of the bullshit as to what happens on Second Life. But be honest, there are some of you who have your grievances on someone or something on there but ohhhh - you wish it can be said but you keep to yourself. But then when someone NOT you does it, you're demonizing them for it and branding anything that you see as 'toxic'. Ain't it a little hypocritical?

And if we continue ignoring those kinds of truths, then we'd be letting the bullshit circus carry on its acts for all to see. Sorry to anyone but, you can't have your cake and eat it too. That's not how these things work.

So, whatever, people love living in their little comfortable lying in denial kind of worlds and anything truthful that comes around, must be the enemy because it threatens that ecosystem. If Jesus actually came down and told someone the truth about something or someone, not having any of His information being given to Him by any outside source, only his observations from above.
