Clone of The Trash Site Virtual Secrets Appears

There is a new site that I won't name to not provide any traffic to, but it carries on the legacy of utter garbage sites SL Secrets and Virtual Secrets (not the new name). It is a site where people post accusations about people anonymously because they are cowards who won't post with their own name. They are image posts, not texts - usually a profile picture or some MS Paint level image attacking someone. It is just a lot of posts mostly from people in shitty RP communities calling each other pedos and nazis and other charming things. There are also the hatchet jobs attacking someone as a whore or cheaters. Super low brow shit.

The new site owner is also a coward - there is no information on the site at all except a submission form. The previous sites have been completely toxic, and the new one continues that pathetic tradition. I was glad to see when the previous one bit the dust. I don't get the point - it doesn't have ads or anything on it, so they are just being toxic for the hell of it. I hope this one doesn't survive for long either.

I don't recall coming across a mention of it on the Second Life subreddit. Can't have that high a profile for now.

Well clearly because it's happening. I know the old one is still up in an attempt to not have it happen again. I know none of them (including me) ever want to do it again. Fucking moderating that shit was soul crushing.

The entire thing was fucking toxic and damaging. Why the fuck do it not once, but twice? It added nothing, it only hurt people for sport.

I feel like it was a pretty good reflection of a section of the SL Community (for the most part.) People were more than free to submit positive secrets but they never did (when I was moderating I kept hoping.) Does the site you mention have posting guidelines or is it just the wild west?

Edited to add:
Hindsight being 20/20 and after a fair bit of reflection since I stepped away from all of that (including SCD) if I had to do it all over again, I would not.
