I'm personally more concerned about why Archie and Lilli haven't been changed to Prince and Princess on the royal website.

Maybe H&M have decided that the kids can choose themselves when they become 18. Not uncommon.
Just because H&M are around at the moment for family matters (granny died and daddy became king of the UK remember) doesn't mean Harry is willing to be part of the royal circus again.

I haven't given them much thought at all, but by chance today I watched an interview with Harry, and I was surprised to find him thoughtful, articulate and with a very keen awareness of racism and how pervasive it is. Such a different man from the young twerp who wore a Nazi uniform as a party lark. He seems to have figured out that he lived in a very rare, and very dysfunctional, class bubble and he has worked at getting out of it.

Good on him. He's treading new ground and won't get much help from anyone while he figures it all out.

The more I read about this queuing and all the ceremonies around the death and funeral of the Queen, the better I understand why the UK voted for leave during the referendum and the Brexit became reality. Europe lives at least one century ahead of a big chunk of the people in the UK. I'm more and more convinced they sincerely feel that the concept of the EU is way to modern for them.
Hans Christian Andersen would be a perfect PM for them, if he was still alive and British of course.
