Literally yesterday's news but the graph for AWS is nearly identical to Discord and Spotify's graphs so I bet it had to do with that.

I guess I can add that to my reasons why I won't ever buy or build a computer with RGB lighting. Sometimes I even worry over basic white keyboard backlighting...

I have not noticed any issues with the EVGA software on my PC, but I only have it set to lightly glow turquise blue with highlights on WASD.

It does update a LOT though, for software thst just runs lights.

OneDrive, unless you're getting it as part of Office or something, is an additional cost over and above Windows. Hence, it's an ad.

If you have a MS account (no cc needed) you get 5 gigs of Onedrive space for free. It is an ad regardless though imo.

I dunno - also not? OneDrive syncing is built directly into Windows so arguably this is just surfacing a feature.

Like how the very first time you run Firefox the welcome page is all like "Create a Firefox account to sync your bookmarks and passwords between devices!"

I dunno, ads imply something way more in your face that is peristantly there. This is more like, suggesting you can change the wallpaper the first time you open display settings.

And there is some free included One Drive space. Plenty for documents, probably not so much for photos.

On the subject of One Drive integration as well, I hate that it wants to include the Desktop by default, because the Desktop tends to be a dynamic workspace that includes shortcuts. The shortcuts are useless anywhere else and it tries to upload files you may be currently sorting/working on, like photos. The result is, it bogs down you home internet and the whole process, since One Drive is trying to do ots thing with constantly changing files, and I don't think it has bandwidth controls at all.
