We provide a few shops for the exorbitant and fixed price of 1L $.

Only one condition: Offer at least 3 free objects of your manufacture.

The post (that used to be after the OP, but has since been flushed) was a sort of spam prep, with nothing in it originally that could be labeled spam (except the obviousness of it!). The poster behind it usually returns later on when the post is no longer hanging out at the top of the forum lists, and adds in more text, spam links, possible additional canned ham secretions.
