I have started including AI summaries on videos I post from Youtube and elsewhere where applicable to make the content more accessible to those who do not want to watch but are still interested in the topic and prefer to read about it.
For those who post a video from Youtube, you can get the summary from the video by using the Ask button under the video and selecting Summarize Video. It will also do further analysis if you ask it specific questions, and will give additional prompts as buttons to continue asking about the video.
I put the summary between Quote tags to make the post less cluttered. Quote is underneath the ... button on the toolbar when you are posting. You just paste the summary in between.
