Tony Bunderfeld has a lifetime account subscription due 4096sm of tier and 500L/wk stipend. But he was only paid 300L today. Have I missed an announcement or is it a mistake that I need to report to the Lab All Hail The Linden Lab?

Edit: there's no support category for stipend but the chatbot connecting me with the goddess Wendi who's creating a proper support ticket

I don't have lifetime but I have the 500L$ stipend and mine came in at 500L$ today.

I wonder if this is exclusively a Lifetime Membership issue. Does anyone here have a Lifetime level membership?

The lifetimes I've contacted today have all received 300L. Those of us who also have older premium accounts have reported the standard 500L stipend correctly paid. So yes I'm inclined to think it's a life account issue. Wendi's comment was "That's unusual. I'm going to create a ticket so we can study this." Then she said I could log out of the chat because I'd see a notice of the filing at the email of record but I haven't yet. The system did email me a chat rating request, but no notice of a ticket, yet.

The support team compensated for the error but I don't know if the cause is alleviated. We'll see what happens next week. Poor Tony has no accumulation of funds because he gives them all away.

What year did you have to create your SL account for it to be considered as a lifetime account? My account is from 2004, but not sure if it's considered a life time? Just curious really..

If you didn't pay for a lifetime account (one time payment of I think $250) it's not a lifetime account.

Argent is correct. Life accounts were made available for any existing account through January 2004 before tier was implemented. Before then we simply claimed land, in 16sm blocks, and paid a weekly (Tuesday) tax, in lindens, for total square meters of land that we owned plus each prim that our account had rezzed on The Grid All Hail The Central Grid.

I believe the one-time fee was $225 and the perks were Premium status and tier-free 4096sm "for life." We don't know if that was meant to denote the life of the account or the owner pending, of course, EOL for the service. Here's a tidbit. Buck Weaver of Kissling, RIP, became so aggravated with Linden Lab that he sold his life account status back to the Lab and they paid him for it! That was something.
