They better first concentrate on surviving the Sansar debacle as a company.
And about the cloud: I don't care where they store their/my data, as long as it is fast and reliable. I don't care even if it all would come out of the top drawer of Ebbe's office desk.

What worries me time after time is, when LL starts implementing something.
There are tons of examples of half arsed and faulty and never repaired after that, implementations from the past.
So I wait with my "yay" for the cloud implementation until it is done and functions correctly.

Sansar isn't that bad. I mean, yeah they wasted a lot of money on it, and nobody wants to use it, but I don't think it's going away. Virtual worlds almost never really go away. You can still log into worlds like Myst Online.

They are just going to take the money they were spending on making Sansar a laggy, hard to use mess, and spend it on SL... to make SL a laggy, hard to use mess, instead, LOL.

We had a nice reprieve from the Linden's meddling while they wasted their energy in Sansar, but now it's back to work on their cash cow. Brace for instability and more half baked ideas. Premium Plus and $40 name changes are just the tip of the iceberg of bad ideas.
