I am looking for the following:

• A private, secluded parcel with grass or grass with beach (we have a cabin)
• Around 1,000 prims at most is fine
• Looking to spend preferably no more than $1,000L per week
• Must be adult

I've found some good land but it was moderate, not adult, thus we could not move there.

If you spend a little more you can find some good offerings at Estia. They did have a few 1/4 sims for around 1400-1500/wk as I recall.
