Create a free d23 account (link at above url) ..... you do not need a paid gold one, just a general one. Wait a bit (it says 24 hours but I got it in under 6) and there will be a link as instructed above to buy 3 years of d+. For some reason I could not get my card to work (I verified the card still works) so just used paypal. It was $149.43, not bad for 3 years.
