How much time do you spend in SL?

Let me bump this up a bit: do you think you're spending not enough time in SL, too much time, or just the right amount? What would you do if you had more time in either r/l or sl?
The right amount. I'm on when I want to be or when I feel like I can make progress on a build project -and I'm not on when I don't want to be.

Probably the right amount.

I find it incredibly easy to spend TOO much time in SL and when I feel that happening I usually quit and leave for months.

If I had zero other responsibility or needs, I could easily spend 100% of the time in SL.

Honestly, I spend time in SL for the people. My first round of SL lasted about 4 years, then this latest has also been around 4 years so far. Completely different set of friends, but even more enjoyable to be around.

I don't build, or own a community space, so individual friends are really why I enjoy SL so much. If I didn't have them, I probably would never log in again.

My social anxiety remains at its plateau, so the thought of logging in is enough to trigger an attack. That said, I log in for events. Scheduled and appointed events feel safe enough for me to get past petrification. So, at a minimum, every Saturday night for NCI Q&A.

Otherwise, I'd say I'm back to my pre-SL anime habit.

There was a time I thought I'd be in SL until the lights were turned off. I have no idea why that fire burned out. I want to want to log in. I want to feel the lure of SL. I just don't anymore.
Beebo, bring the sexy back! I miss you in SL.

I sometimes get overwhelmed with SL. Sometimes I log into SL without a sense of purpose and feel like I wasted time. Sometimes I feel anxiety. I'm a bit nuts. I generally have a love/hate relationship with tech ; )

But other times I really enjoy myself !

As a result my participation varies. Like Soen , I'm trying for balance

You've both pretty much nailed it for me. Instead of installing FS on the new pc other half just got for me (HOLY HELL IT HAS A GTX 1660!), I've been installing all my games and other stuffs and thinking about grabbing one new game from Steam.

I should stop procrastinating and get off the fence so I won't be bored so quickly with what I do have. But I don't wanna.

Not much, probably around 15 minutes a week. I mainly log in to collect my weekly stipend that gets delivered to my account every Tuesday. Haha.

I did wish I had an interest, but I don't - maybe in the future that interest would return back. Who knows.

From 2004 - 2006, I logged in for hours every day, but I was in school back then, so more spare time on my hands. I thought SL was more fun back then, but that could of been the person I was.

I mostly just act as an LSL consultant and write up code snippets for my friend's products. I rarely ever log in. But I'd say I probably only spend about 30 minutes per week on SL-related projects.

But actual login time? Less than 20 minutes per month.
