I know I was. I've been an emotional wreck almost all day after watching, first Dr. Ford bare her heart to America in the most searing and grueling way possible, then to witness Judge Kavanaugh's petulant, privileged temper tantrum that followed. I didn't get "self righteous indignation" from him, I got "how dare you question a well-born Ivy League rich boy like me?"

It very probably will, at least today. They scheduled a committee vote for this morning, not even giving a reasonable 'reflect and consider and investigate' time. Which they would only do if they had a reasonable guess that it would pass. The only R that seemed iffy yesterday was Flake. At which point it then comes down to the floor vote and more Rs are in play.

I sent out a tweet complaining about that to the person who said it. Looking at his tweets that day though it seems he believed Ford. My guess he was one of those who feel the need to call out Ds on being partisan when it is clear to anyone the Rs are doing it to an even worse extreme.

Yes, that alone would sink him in a reasonable society. That is WAY too emotional for even a small time judge. Putting someone with that temperament on the supreme court is laughable.
