Sorry, that article just annoyed me. There are certainly questions to be raised, but is this the moment to raise them? It read like an attempt to deflect the whole conversation away from what the photograph actually shows, and focus on the photographer's culpability instead.

Yeah I'm trying to think of some of the most powerful photographs in history that I'm aware of and I don't think any of them were of events where the participants were asked ahead of time if it was okay to let the world see what just happened.
