I'm sure this decision came from people who have no idea what an unmoderated website is like... absolutely insane ruling, but I have no confidence the current supreme court will overrule it.

In this scenario, Twitter would not have been able to ban Trump or even mark certain posts of his as false and misleading nor mark them as promotion of violence.

Of course THIS Supreme Court will keep it in place.

Maybe not, simply because I'm not sure Kavanaugh or Gorsuch , or Roberts would support it. They seem to at least pretend to be impartial.

if i was a owner of said private business, i would do a cost/risk analysis.... then block IP adresses from those states.. just stop operations there completely....if they are not willing to protect the company rights... why even operate there? see how long they last...
