Mechanically separated chicken meat steamed off the carcass, combined with meat binders [meat glue] and (probably) textured vegetable protein into a slurry, chopped, formed, and pressed with the cheapest possible bread coating, fried at the factory [the nugget would fall apart otherwise] and then again at the franchise location in an hours-old vat of cooking oil until they're soaked in grease.
