I find it hypocritical. A few years ago Prok wrote a hitpiece on Patch basically mirroring that Medium article. Prok didn't just toss Patch under the bus, she was driving it. It takes alot of gaul to write a piece praising someone you just run over.

It reads to me like they showed him the door after set period of time to let things blow over. If they had fired him right after the "investigation" then it would been very suspicious. We'll just give him busy work then when things blow over we'll fire his ass. That is how I read it.
