That was taken in San Francisco. I used to bicycle through that intersection on the way to the Mission Street branch of the San Francisco Public Library to get more Oz books and Freddy the Pig books. Boy... memories are just flooding in from thinking about that location. There were no underpants on it yet.

But also, there are only 300,000,000 folks in the USA and only half can send "authentic" dick pics. Either this is WAY more common than I thought or someone is sending a hell of a lot of dick pics. Classified dick pics, at that.

Also, how? If the average jpeg is 10 Mb, 10,000,000 x 16,000,000 --- is ---- JFC, what's 10^14?!??!

Most jpegs are less than a MB, due to lossy compression. Some of these might be from some high end phone or camera but I bet most are relatively small, sent through SMS or e-mail.
