Want some free SL mainland before I abandon it?

My dear friend Caern Westerburg passed recently and his tier fees aren't covering our group anymore. (he covered around 25% of our holdings).

I really don't use SL enough to justify increasing my tier payment by one whole region just for 18k square meters.

Before I abandon my edge parcels to the ravening horde of adfarm slicers and dicers, would any of you like some beach front old +/-40m terraforming rules prime mainland?

SL has given me until thursday to get back under tier.

[EDIT:] Apparently there's a 1.25 region tier now, so I've jumped up to that and released an all water parcel to get back under tier. I'd still like to get back down to 1 region tier though, but the urgency is less now.

Jopsy I just heard the news. So sorry for your loss. I have been looking for waterfront parcel for forever and low and behold on my 22nd Rez Day you post free land. I am very interested. I sent you an inworld message as well. Keeping my fingers, legs and eyes crossed! I will be happy to take all the available land. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

Just curious if there is any particular areas you are trying to get rid of? It's hard to figure out exactly what all is yours, seems to be mostly the Tealink areas?

Ok, I may regret this in the long run because I am mildly broke-ish and should not be upping my tier, but I was wondering about basically, a 2048 space covering roughly, this plot, if it's an option. The tip seems to belong to someone else.

Still working on parceling up some nice spots around the edges of Teal/Slate/Hina. Bought myself some extra time by tiering up.

So far the three of you (Noodles, Misty and Soen) are the only ones showing interest, so there'll be a variety of spots to choose from.

Noodles, the Hina parcel is definitely do-able. I need to relocate the Cloud Chateau above it. =)
