But I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any clothing options for it? My searching has come up pretty dry.

looks like it's both BoM and Omega compatible, so any system layer clothing should work, and a lot of applier clothing that comes with omega.

Yeah, I suppose at that size System clothing would be plenty useful.
