Really high quality, single floor homes? With around a 30x30 footprint.

Can anyone recommend some really high-quality homes that are single floor and around a 30x30 footprint? Modern/rustic are fine. Cottages/barn houses might be OK too. Prefer unfurnished and adult. Links to any specific homes would be helpful if possible.
