It's great that they made progress. LL really should make its vanilla viewer though more usable, so that they can get rid of Firestorm as their nemesis.

There is nothing stopping them from doing so. Firestorm continues to dominate because of the quality of life features that it has. It’s not one thing, but collectively it is just a lot better experience. There’s no reason they couldn’t do the same. It was nice to see them acknowledging FS. Also, firestorm has a lot of momentum if that's the right word. Even if I become convinced to go back to the default viewer, I'd have to relearn how to use it and I'm not sure I have time for that, haha.

How often do you hear a corporation admit they screwed up anything? I always appreciate it when they do! ...even if I expect them to always be ultimately self centered.

I have known Philip for a long time - the sincerity of that admission is what impressed me. It would not have hit the same if it came from Brad whatever his name is.
