New neighbor, who dis?

So, while perusing old posts, I read Cris (and others) hated his neighbors to the east on Mavericks.

I went to the clubhouse to grab a LM and saw the neighboring plot was for sale.

I bought it for a stupid amount.

So there goes the neighborhood!
