Lost sl password/email

I am a premium member. My account is under a lost email so I can't login to the homepage. How do I contact a premium account helper person and recover my account?

I will say, a few years ago I discovered I had an older account under an email I had lost access to and they were able to recover it for me. I am not sure I was even a premium member at that time.
