Looking for a *tiny* mainland parcel to rent on a snowy region

Just big enough for something the size of a small shack. I'm not trying to put up a club or anything (I'm done with that idea, I may talk about it in a different post, I just DJ now) I just want a tiny place I can mark as my home, have the stream set for what I want, and be able to go out and walk for a long time without having to teleport to another sim. No scripted furniture or anything, I need less than 10 prims, the small structure I was thinking of using is only about 7x7.

Sometimes it's just really relaxing to just walk around on snowy region with all the ways people visually celebrate being on a snowy region, you know? I know I've been on SL off and on for 12 years, but there are still some things that are just relaxing.

Maybe the forum isn't the right place to ask, but I've not been having any luck in-world trying to find something like this. I'm also not a premium member, so I have to rent from a person. If this is the wrong place, I apologize.

Your best odds would be going premium as it close to pays for itself, also:

-Snow regions are pretty rare, beachfront rentals are the big thing.
-You'd be able to find a parcel easy by submitting a ticket for abandoned land in the snow regions of mainland.
-Tiny parcels tend to have higher turnover, thus not very popular with land barons.

Yeah, I'm not down with paying $10 a month for a tiny parcel that I have to pay 10,000L to buy.

Maybe if I continue to talk with more land barons I can eventually find something, but I imagine it will take a long time. For now I've abandoned the idea, it's certainly not worth spending $60 USD up front to have a tiny place if I wanted to go premium.

At the ticket rate, L$10,000 would be for 10,000 square meters of land, more than tiny. There are also other rates for LL premium membership.

Maybe a skybox with a snow dome.

If you can get LL to give you some land it would probably be closer to 1L/m.

When I've went to some tiny parcels, like 20x10, and checked what the price is, they've been at that price. I have no idea why.

Also, if I wanted a skybox, it wouldn't matter if it's on mainland or a private sim. The point is that I can leave my abode and walk around.

I finally found some documentation on what certain size parcels cost monthly (they sure don't tell you up front). I went premium and have found new ways of searching for the land and will likely have something in an hour or so.

Too bad this wasn't a month ago. I shaved off and abandoned a bit of my snow land to cut down on tier.
