In the end it doesn't matter if this particular model can do smut or not. The cat is out of the bag now. Getting a safe model to do smutty things locally is easy enough. Either people will uncensor them, which is the harder way to do it. Or just create some smut LoRA, which is simple and small enough.
Also I am sure that content creating companies will get access to such stuff, if they want it, as well as the government, intelligency community and so on.
It's in the world, and will never go back into the cradle. And if American companies won't provide it, Chinese happily will. Which in turn means that American companies will do as well, if not forbidden by law, to make these profits otherwise Chinese companies would take. Capitalism baby, fuck yeah!
