It has all kinds of VR experiences (including the Beat Saber-esque Moon Rider) for free that are built with WebVR, an open standard for creating VR in a browser. You can access them all on your VR headset by pulling up the built in browser and going to the site. Each experience has a little VR headset icon on it that launches it in vr from the browser. I believe there is also a dedicated app for SteamVR and the Oculus Rift. The site works well on the Quest, I've spent a lot of time trying different things.

There is definitely a lot of overlap, but Sansar is a closed platform, whereas this is the open web, so it is far more exciting as a technology.
