WTF VVO has a slow!

Has VVO been mindbogglingly slow for anyone else?

Started sometime last night - I get a lot of the green loading bar thing and half the time when I load a link in a new tab it just ends up blank and "refresh" does nothing.

Rest of the internet seems normal -- streaming video, facebook, plurk, etc.

It did seem slow to me earlier today. Seems fine now though.

This is the first I've seen CSS load today, and the first I've seen a whole page load.
