Update on the new mobile viewer.

LL Expects to release the first beta somewhere at the end of 2023, early 2024.
Here is an update from LL.
It looks promising IMHO.

Because of my slight eye problems, I will most likely never use an SL smart phone app, but Christal Frost looks cool indeed.
But I guess the LL viewer will be free of charge when it is launched, if they want it to become successful.

My understanding is that Crystal Frost will be a Unity-based viewer (which will allow it to run on Android as well as windows) whereas (I'm guessing) the SL mobile viewer will be a dedicated android app.

...but I could be completely wrong since I haven't been following much of anything very closely in recent months.

LL builds Unity based too and it should be available for apple and android in the end.
