We're talking all of NATO (except USA), EU and ANZAC here, probably Japan and South Korea as well. Taiwan may join in too once USA shows itself as an unreliable ally.In case of doubt it can always fall back to behaving like a school yard bully, and due to its military and economic power many countries will do abide.
That's a considerably stronger economic power than USA. It's not far behind in military power either and besides, what is Trump supposed to do with the armed forces in such a situation? Invade Europe?
Trump was able to get away with a lot at the beginning of his first (and hopefully last) term but it didn't take the rest of the world too long to figure him out and towards the end USA was all but neutralized on the international scene. If there is a next time, everybody will be prepared.
USA's position and influence in the world isn't what it used to be. It started to deteriorate during Reagan's time in office, stabilized somewhat with Bush no. 1 and Clinton, took a serious hit with Bush no. 2, stabilized again under Obama and took a nosedive under Trump. Biden is the only president in decades who has managed to improve USA's standing a little bit but that's only because of the way he handled the Ukraine crisis; if it wasn't for that, he would have been remembered as a weak nobody.
